My mom was gone for 5 days. While she was gone I got my camera, we went to ash creek, and I wrote a book called ``the bog monster``on fathers day. If you want a copy, ask me. All these are pictures I took with my camera.
Bethany, I love your pictures! I can't wait to come home, give you a big hug & read your book. I'm going to the airport right now & I'll be home LATE tonight. If you're already asleep, I'll sneak in your room & give you a kiss. :)
Hi Bethany, I would love to read your book! The bog monster looks very scary.
What did you do after you cooked the crawdads? If they were for supper, tell your dad that you would rather have grilled pork tenderloin that he made when we were at your house.
Bethany, You've been very very busy. I'm glad you finally got your camera! It looks like you've been breaking it in! I can't wait to come up to Toquerville and read your book!
Hi everybody, The crawdads were eaten. You may not be able to tell by the photos but they were all very small crayfish. I was trying to describe them to Christy a "about the size of a quarter" but it didn't really describe the size since they are thicker and longer and less perfectly round than your average quarter. I ended up saying, "They're about the size of your average cockroach." So, the three of them didn't satisfy anyone's hunger, especially since Gwen and I were the only ones who ate them. (Yes, Gwen-- our pickiest eater!) Gwen loved them. They taste a little like shrimp-- maybe even better, but we didn't have enough meat on these guys to really evaluate them. Then we had grilled-cheese sandwiches and corn for dinner. Yellow and more yellow food.
Dear Bethany, It's cool how you wrote a book. I would like a copy of your book. We have a copy or your pigeon book and sometimes I choose it for a bedtime story. love Samantha Grace Bocanegra
